Oh my goodness I was so LAZY today (kicking off summer in REAL style) hahaha! That I had to throw up a repurposed project for you today! However it's a GOODY! I'm sure so many of you have seen the flip flops in the store (the little ones like toddler and child size)..last time I went into Michaels and Target...they had them in the bins in all colors!
Well here is a great and useful idea for those little $1 flip flops--a fly swatter! Yes I said it, a fly swatter! I'm from the South--ya'll know that! Swatting flies takes a little bit of skill and talent...hahah! So I say do it in style, and if you've ever been in a house in the Summer time in the South, everyone is always looking for the fly-flap--where is that dadburn fly flap?
This is one flyflap you will NOT lose! I made the first one for my mama who LOVES dragonflies. She also loves sitting out on the front porch and visiting. My mama has a nice big deep porch and she decorates it. So this flyflap is already at mama's house; I made it for her last summer.

Now my favorite in the world is OWLS--owls, owls, and more owls! So I made this adorably OWL-some fly swatter for me! It's also great for tapping little heinies too (heehee). My kids love tapping each other with it; haha!!!
